We are aware that many people have had difficulties contacting Countryside regarding repairs for properties within the 2 year warranty window. Rather unhelpfully, all the contact emails have changed, but no one seemed to have been informed!
Here's what we've been advised to do:
For any customer service queries or issues at Rochester Riverside, can you direct your enquiries to the following generic email address and copy the below 3 x email addresses too for all communications.

Hyde advises to make initial contact via email for the paper trail, but follow up with a phone call after 5 working days if no response received.
