Important Update Regarding Estimated Estate Charges

Dear Resident association,

I would like to bring this to your kind attention following the recent estimates that were sent out by Hyde to all RR residents last week.

After receiving numerous emails and phone calls on Friday, 14/02/2025 from our residents re: service charge estimates for 2025/2026 query, I raised this concern with Hyde’s service charge team that generates these estimates and actuals each year. The query was logged and was getting looked at since that day.

They have just got back to me this morning advising that they will be sending new revised estimates to all residents @ Rochester Riverside. Residents are requested to disregard the estimate that they received recently dated 10/02/2025 and keep a look out for new estimate that will be posted in few days.

I hope this update helps.Once again, I can only apologies on behalf of our service charge team @ Hyde.
